To do this, we provide bespoke hands-on manual therapy like massage for sports injury and movement programming backed by science, reducing the risk of future injuries.

Helping people, of all sporting (and non-sporting) abilities to stay active, or be relieved of pain and discomfort is my main goal. After qualifying in Sports Therapy in 2014, I set up my own clinic in Waterlooville and Southampton, and with a history of competitive running, I started treating local runners (including local GB athletes).
From there I began working in professional sport, from Sailing teams to one-off match days at Southampton football club.
Everyone is unique with their pains, injuries, running movements and body patterns so that is why treating and rehabilitating patients is bespoke to them and no copy and pasting planning which just doesn't work.
In 2016 I started working as a Therapist for One Pro Cycling and in 2017 became their Head Therapist. During that time I have worked both in the UK and internationally at races alongside running my UK Clinic and where possible supporting charitable events.
Between 2018-2022 I worked for the Great Britain Cycling Team, primarily with the Elite/ Senior mens road squad and the Paralympic squad where I was part of the 2020 Tokyo Games.
In 2023, I worked for one of the best cycling teams in the world - Team INEOS Grenadiers (prev name: Team Sky) and currently working with Dutch Cycling team: DSM Firmiche PostNL
My experience in professional sports gives me a greater understanding of sporting injuries, different ways to treat and speedy recovery. ( It has also made me a keen cyclist!)
All apptointments include an MSK assessment (if needed) along with a bespoke treatment plan thats isdiscussed with you such as sports massage, deep tissue massage, acupuncture or other forms of hands-on manual therapy

Sports Therapy is a specialised branch of healthcare that focuses on preventing, diagnosing, and treating sports-related injuries. It’s designed to help individuals reduce pain, recover from injuries, and maintain peak physical health. Sports therapists use a combination of techniques, including rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, and injury prevention strategies, to get clients back in action.
Sports massage uses techniques that are specifically geared towards athletes and individuals who engage in regular physical activity. It is more focused on preventing and treating injuries, improving performance, and aiding in recovery, whereas regular massage is more focused on relaxation and stress relief.
While both disciplines aim to help people recover from injuries, Sports Therapy specifically focuses on sports-related injuries and optimizing performance for active individuals. Physiotherapy, on the other hand, covers a broader range of medical conditions, including neurological, respiratory, and general rehabilitation. Sports therapists often cater to athletes or those with an active lifestyle.
Sports Massage is a form of massage therapy that targets the muscles, tendons, and soft tissues involved in physical activity. It helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility. This type of massage is tailored to support athletic performance and recovery, making it ideal for both amateur and professional athletes.
