- Initial 1 hour phone call consultation to establish current level, goals, previous training and racing history.


- Pacing / intensity guidance for every run.


- One call 1/2 way through plan to chat progress and if tweaks are needed to the plan


- Advice on racing protocols, lifestyle and cross training.
